The meeting entitled: “Neighbors – the issues of Polish-German borderland” was held on 30th October, at I General Secondary School in Gorzów Wielkopolski, on Aleksander Puszkin 31 Street. The meeting was led by dr M. Czabańska – Rosada, from the Jacob of Paradies University in Gorzów Wielkopolski.
The audience had an opportunity to acquire acquaintance with the German history and evoke its pivotal events such as construction of the Berlin Wall. The construction for 28 years divided the capital of Germany and consequently Europe, and costed lives of several hundred people who were attempting to cross this border.
