On 23rd November, at II General Secondary School in Gorzów Wielkopolski, on Przemysłowa 22 Street, dr Piotr Krzyżanowski from the Jacob of Paradies University in Gorzów Wielkopolski conducted the meeting entitled: “Minorities in Poland, Poles as minorities in the European Union countries”.
The students were presented the minorities living in Poland, including: The Tatars, The Romani, Ukrainians or Lemkos.
The audience had the opportunity to get learn about the history and culture of those minorities and share the perceptions regarding the attitudes towards minorities (including Poles), that can be observed in the countries of European Union.
